What is the preparation time for your order? ?

Upon receipt, we will prepare your order within 3 to 4 business days. Once your package has been shipped, it will be delivered to you within 2 to 10 days.

You were not present on the day of your delivery ?

If you are not present at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow to arrange a new delivery or a collection at the post office.

What are the delivery charges? ?

Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated based on the destination country. 

 

What is the status of my order? ?

You can track your package, You will receive a tracking number via email or phone number, and in your customer account as soon as your order is shipped. An email will be sent to the address you provided with a link and tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
