What is the preparation time for your order? ?

Upon receipt, we prepare your order within 3 to 4 business days. Once your package is shipped, it will be delivered to you within 2 in 10 days.

You were not present on the day of your delivery ?

If you are not present at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow to arrange a new delivery or a collection at the post office.

What are the delivery charges? ?

Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated based on the destination country.

What is the status of my order? ?

You can track your package, by your Email or phone number, and in your customer account as soon as your order is handed over to the post office. An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link and tracking number that will allow you to follow your package step by step.
