What should you do if the product is not as described upon delivery?

Please contact us using the "contact" form and explain the reason for your complaint. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Returns & refunds

Your order is not to your liking.

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or which are personalized.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account or PayPal account.
