Your order is not suitable ?

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusion: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or which are personalized.

When will I receive my refund? ?

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account or PayPal account.
